Applicants must:

• be a South or North Carolina resident.
   

• be a high school senior accepted to a post-secondary institution (at least part-time) for the coming fall school year.
   

• have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0.
   

• provide a copy of official high school transcript with application.
   

• provide college registration and admission documentations.
   

• submit at least two (2) letters of recommendation from their high school/college faculty or counselor, employer or church leader.
